This is mostly a bugfix release for the 1.8.0 webservice release. For more details see the changelog below.

Important: if you have not updated to 1.8.0 yet, make sure you make a backup of your NPE database. After installing 1.8.x you won't be able to use it in pre 1.8 versions of NPE.
