User Interface
  1. Simple input module Users can gain access to the system through a simple Web interface. Depending on their permissions, the users can then view or change the information. This way you can guarantee that everyone sees the most up-to-date information.
  2. Printing During the process the users have the possibility to make a “current situation printout” in PDF format.

Administration Interface
  1. Publication overview For the simple updating, addition and removal of publications. The permissions of the individual user groups are defined here.
  2. Templates Editions are created based on templates. These templates indicate how many pages an edition contains. The signature layout is created using a coloured label. These colours give a clear status overview of the present signatures.
  3. Users and user groups Since not just anyone will be allowed to access the system it is essential to create users. Individual components and functions can be enabled or disabled through the use of users and user groups.
